The 14th Annual Light the Way Scholarship Dinner

Sunday, January 26th

10:30am Mass at Holy Cross Church.  Join us to kick off Catholic Schools Week, and enjoy donuts and juice after
Mass. Sign-up sheets with details will be sent home – we would love to have your family join us!

Monday, January 27th
9:15 Blessing by Father Kurgan; Rainbow picture;
Downbeat Percussion Show. Please bring in a new pair of warm, adult socks as admission to the show

Tuesday, January 28th8:15-9:15am
Pancake Breakfast for students: Wacky Tacky dress day (please dress appropriately); $2 donation for Amaus Medical Services. Visit cathedralsyracuse.org/amaus-services/ for more info.

Wednesday, January 29th
Pre-K -3rd Movie and PJ Day –  that’s right, wear your PJs to school!
4th-6th Gr – Bowling Day

Thursday, January 30th
Community Service Day: Wear your favorite sport team shirt, and help fill a huge need at the Samaritan Center by
stuffing socks. Uniform pants must be worn.
Ted and Amy from 93Q will be here to judge the Hallway Contest. This year PK-2nd and 3rd-5th will have a
chance to win a pizza party. 6th grade will be participating in their own essay contest.

Friday, January 31st
Red & White Day: teams will be assigned by Coach. Wear your red and white shirts to school with uniform pants.
Games will begin in the gym at 1:00pm, followed by Parents/Teachers vs 6th Grade basketball game. Invite a
special person to watch the festivities! Bishop Lucia will be present for the Red and White Games!

The Girls A and the Boys A Basketball Team will be playing games throughout the week. There will be an
admission fee of $1 per person or $3 max per family. All proceeds will be donated to the St. Baldricks
Foundation
